This above shot shows the basic home page for a company. It offers simple links to all the commonly used areas of the system.

The above shot show a vehicle being viewed in "utilization" mode. The orange line show the vehicle parked in a "known" geofenced area. The green section is while the vehicle moving. A red section means the vehicle is stopped in an "unknown" area. A fleet of vehicles would be shown as a more bars. This gives an instant visual over view of "which vehicle is doing what" today.

If you need more detail on what the vehicle is doing, this page shows a thumb nail map of the location together with a brief report of the last few journeys the vehicle has undertaken. The user could click on the "plot" icon at the end of the row and see a snail trail of that particular journey. This give an instant visual display of whether the journey was an efficient route, and not "round the houses"

Each and every one of the blue arrow indicators on the snail trail will give the exact speed and time that the vehicle was at that point, plus a start and finish time for the overall journey.

You can view the exact position of the vehicle on a larger map by simply clicking on the thumb nail map mentioned above.

The system includes many other tools designed to help the fleet manager, including a page for each vehicle. All the details of the vehicle  can be entered at this page, and you will be contacted by email as the due dates approaches for MOT, Road Tax, Servicing intervals and Insurance renewals etc.
